In a stroke of luck ISU actually makes the playoffs and needs their home
field in November for the first time since 1973.
The IHSA moves the football state finals to U of I. Although many complained
saying a bigger stadium would feel emptier.
No one seemed to complain when the rains came down during this 4A matchup
betweenJoliet (Catholic)& Metamora
in 2000
and many rejoice as bathrooms, concessions & parking become easier.
