Falcons Flying High After Upset

Bloomington (Carlton Field) - The Falcons of Thonridge flew into Bloomington on a high note after not only making the playoffs for the first time sine 1993, but getting what was just the schools 4th post season win.

The Falcons scored with just 40 seconds left in the game to upset 8-1 Bloomington at home and advance to the quarterfinals for the first time in school history. Thornridge will have the honor of playing top ranked Normal Community (11-0) next week.

Bloomingto finishes the season at 9-2, with their only other loss a week #2 defeat against Normal Community.
