	Bio: Played offensive line in high schooll before waking on at Northwestern and left the school ranked 2nd on the all time tackle list.
	Pro Career: A second round draft choice in 1999 for Philadelphia. He played at linebacker for the Eagles from1996-2002. He held the starting OLB spot in 2000 where he earned NFL All-Rookie honors. With the Browns from 2003-04, where he was aquired as a free agent. Finished his career with the Jets in 2005.
