	Bio: Played TE & DE at Providence. Was a player on 3 of the 4 consecutive state championship teams there in the mid 1990's. Recruited by Iowa as a TE, was switched to guard as a freshman.
	Pro Career: Drafted in the 2nd round of the NFL Draft by Cincinnati in 2003. Eric was rated as one of the top guards in the 2003 NFL draft. Has been a major factor on the line for the Bengals, where he reguarded as the most athletically talented lineman in recent years for the franchise.
