Bio: Linebacker and CVS grad, who played on thier 1974 '75 prep bowl teams. Turner played college football at Purdue University & for the San Francisco 49ers from 1980 to 1990. Drafted 11th in the 2nd round (39th overall) Keena would go on to make the 1984 NFL Pro Bowl. Turner would be a member of the 1982, 85, 89 & 90 Super Bowl winning 49ers teams. He is currently the Director of Player Programs for the San Francisco 49ers and is in his sixth season as television co-host of the team's preseason games. Received the teammate-awarded "Len Eshmont Award" for inspirational play in 1984. |
