Cary-Grove’s J.C. Haning caught the first two scores of his career from 13 and 30 yards. Senior Scott Rine caught the other touchdown from 16 yards out. Running the ball, Andrew Lorman (11 for 102), a 16-yard run. Junior, running back Kyle Gray (6 carries for 72 yards) rushed 2 and 63 yard, while A.J Hoger the other TD on a 3-yard run.

“We always learn from games like this,” Grayslake Central coach Mike Munda said. “It’s tough when we put that much effort into it. We’re expecting to be a little bit more competitive. Cary-Grove is a great team. They’re very well-coached."
